Subaru is previewing what the future of its STI arm will look like.

At the 2015 New York Auto Show, the Japanese automaker showcased what it called the STI Performance Concept, but it's alright if you want to call it the BRZ STI Concept. With a much more aggressive design than the current production model, the STI Performance Concept is what many consider the BRZ should be now, packing 350 hp and a bold statement. Gas Prices Expected to Remain Stable in US

Posted:

If you're a fan of the current gas prices, there's good news for you.

According to the U.S. Department of Energy, this summer's gas prices will be at their lowest since 2009 and it believes prices from April to September will average about $2.45 a gallon, a substantial drop from the $3.59 average last summer. As a result, the DOE estimates that the average family in the U.S. will save around $700 in fuel costs this year.

Currently, the national average is at about $2.39 a gallon, about $0.05 less than a month ago. The U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA)'s report also notes that annual motor fuel expenditures are on track to drop to their lowest level in 11 years. Expect the average fuel economy of vehicles sold to also drop with the gas prices stabilizing at a lower average, with buyers opting for pickup trucks and SUVs rather than hybrids and electric vehicles.

According to the recall notice, nickel plating could detach and block moving parts in the fuel pump manufactured by Robert Bosch. The company released a statement saying that it is working closely with the automakers to support the recall. No accidents or injuries related to the issue have been reported and the automakers said the engine is more likely to not start than to stall.
